Key components selection:
AOTO Electronics always emphasizes the selection of key materials which are from international well-known corporations and imported directly.
LEDs and driving IC: LEDs and driving IC are the LED Display Panel core components composing the main cost of the LED display panel so its quality will affect the brightness, the color, equality and the product reliability and the lifespan directly. AOTO always cooperates closely with the international first-class well-known enterprise, selects Japanese Nichia LEDs, American Cree LED chips, LED lamps are supplied by HK COTCO INC. as emitting component of LED display panel, and selects the constant currency driving IC which is designed by Japanese TOSHIBA Corporation especially for LED display panel to guarantee the product quality and to promote the display effect of LED display panel completely.
Circuit board: We adopt international mainly using PCB board.
SMPS: we adopt LED display specialized power supply, which was manufactured by international famous professional corporation, to make sure our LED display operating safe and steady.
Silica gel: The silica gel which is used on AOTO LED display panel is imported from Korea directly.
Reliable design:
We adopt advanced FPGA and CPLD technology and international famous components, highly integrate controlling system, and simplify operating circuits so that we make great improvement on the stability and reliability of controlling system.
Hi-Tech producing craft:
We mainly adopt SMD components and SMT technology to improve the stability and consistency of our products.
Adjusting and testing:
We divide 3 steps to adjust the LED displays. Firstly, we adjust every unite module, then we combine some unit modules together and connect with controlling computer to adjust, finally, we adjust the complete LED display system.
Then, we make aging testing on unit board and the whole panel for over 72 hours, at the same time, we do impact testing also.
Before delivery, our special Quality Assessment team will check the system again, in order that our products are meeting customer's requirements completely.
